How does ITEX work?
An ITEX account is opened in your business or personal name with a trade director assigned
A complete profile (what your business is/does) is created in order to direct new business to you.
You participate with us in preparing an ITEX business plan to determine just how much new business we will bring to you and what the flow should be.
The ITEX business plan includes the products/services that you are spending cash on right now. Other businesses in the ITEX community database may have these products/services to offer thus you may not have to pay cash in the future.
Trading within the ITEX community gives you the power to take the edge off imposing overhead or payrolls.
Membership in ITEX will increase your revenue and business relationships, and improve the lifestyle of you and your family.

How can I make ITEX Barter Central work for me?
Get to know and work closely with the personal trade director we assign.
Communicate regularly your wants, needs, desires, ideas, dreams, and goals.
The integrity of the ITEX system is based on you and your business practices; commit to trade fairly.
Make sure the customers that we bring you become a steady stream of ITEX trade… make them repeat customers. These new customers can become a new revenue stream. And as you know, if satisfied, they will tell their neighbors, friends and business associates about your business.

How do I join ITEX Barter Central?
What does it cost to join?
A one-time $795.00 membership fee with no additional annual renewals.
What does it cost to trade?
A 5% cash fee on all Sales (new ITEX business we bring you OR that you attract).
AND
A 5% cash fee on all Purchases (you make using your ITEX trade dollars instead of cash).
A statement is generated via email each monthly billing cycle reflecting your Sales and/or Purchases for the previous 28 days.
The monthly statement notes the 5% cash fees due for all transactions AND the monthly recurring charges: a $10.00 trade fee and a $20.00 cash association fee.
These cash charges will be either debited from your credit card on file or your personal/business checking account.
What am I committing to?
By Signing the ITEX Membership Application you agree to:
Offer your products or services to the ITEX member community at a fair retail value.
Accept payment in ITEX dollars for the products or services that you offer.
Communicate your needs and work with your personal trade director to build your ITEX business
Follow the ITEX trading rules as posted on the ITEX Corporate website and in all new member packets.
